Take a fat guy with a condition, get him to diet down with a low carb diet then saying that its the 2nd coming of christ?
You have got to be kidding me and it doesn't prove anything.

I can understand, Just use the mirror and work towards sculpting your own body.
People's opinion doesn't really matter as much as you're own satisfaction - you are the only one who have to put up with that image every morning.

It really sucks and mentally draining to wake up and feel/look out of shape.
It just festers on and before you know it, you'd just lose control - thats where you latch on to your peer approval for acceptance; Don't.

Opinions on how I really looks ranges ALL the way from "why are you so fat?", to "you are really OK"/ "you are just nice", to "you are already so skinny" / "please eat more" / "I can't believe you can eat so much and still so thin". LOL.

I think it's a problem of relativity. Obviously those people who says I am thin are the average height, average weight and above people. Some of whom, I look tiny standing besides. Those who are same size, will say I am okay.

At the end of the day, I only have my own BMI and stats to fall back on. Shut off all the opinions and sometimes harmful comments. hahaha.

I am so into the tea and black coffee solution. hahaha. It helps that I am in love with teas. I drink a cup of apple cider vinegar on empty stomach to stop the morning time growling first. I wake up really early, so by the time I step out of house, it did be 2-3 hours from wake up time. Then I only eat solid food before I step out, to make it easier to last till lunch. Normally, this works. Then I will drink tea again around tea time. I dun stick to black tea though. Will choose between chinese tea, white tea, peppermint tea, etc etc, depending on my mood. So this makes me happy as it satisfy the taste craving, and normally the tea I choose has skincare benefits too.
